Just can't say enough about NW Inverts. Dean is the man!! Getting me an awesome deal on P.metallica, P.rufilata and P.ornata. We got our T.blondi from him not too long ago and I can tell you that the man knows how to ship T's. A tank could have run over that box and she would have come out with flying colors....

Got another shipment from Dean yesterday 
! The packaging was great as usual and my two slings arrived in perfect condition. I can't tell you enough how excellent the customer service is here! I was going to start this thread. I have received about 12 shipments of T's, True Spiders and Myrapods from Dean Pittman in the past year. Always elated - never disappointed. His communication never fails - on a field gathering trip and your email is responded to in a flash. While his communication is fantastic, packaging and pricing are equally superb.
I received an order from Dean last week during the deep freeze - convinced the array of Arthropods were DOA at the post office because they sat in the mail truck 2 days (my locals post office sucks; they arrived there 20 hours after being shipped) I picked up the package and all were in great condition. Oregon to Pittsburgh, PA as the country was frozen - and the package was handled poorly/dealayed by my jaded mailman - upon unpacking it was as if the inverts were picked up at a show.
