i recently sent in a email to ken about a scorpion who was out of order whom i bought and he sent me an email not even 5 minutes later and told me he was out of stock on that one but would offer me somethign else or even a refund and i asked for another scorp wich he was more than nice about i would definatly recommend ken to anyone who is looking to buy good scorpions spiders tarantulas anythign almost. thanks alot ken

well i just recieved a beautiful giant desert hairy from ken very safetly wrapped in paper napkins inside a bottle packaged inside an ice chest i would reckomend him to anyone thanks ken for this beautiful specimen
