I gotten my end of the deal with Paul yesterday, Man you hooked me up with a few extras slings
All the slings are alive and well.
His communication was excellent, and his packing was outstanding.
Hiss timing was right on the money of when those sling would be here
Am really pleased with trading with Paul, i will definately trade or buy from him again
and recommend him to anyone

Novak and I had worked out a sale in mid-November for a few slings, and arranged to pay via paypal. From the day I submitted payment I have heard not one peep from him via email, PM, AOL instant messanger or through messages sent via Paypal. I should also note that

I posted a thread here trying to find anyone else who had been in touch with him, to find out basically the same thing--he has dropped off of the face of the earth. A link was brought to light on AB that mirrors my situation, with Novak chiming in to say "issues" had come up.

Since then, I have filed a paypal claim, which was found in my favor, and am currently awaiting paypal's recovery of the total Novak owes.

I realize there were many people ready to vouch for Novak, to you folks I really don't know what to say. I call it like i see it, and what I see here is highly suspicious.
