They're a kingsnake.com dealer. I attempted to buy an Argentine tegu from them, and before they received their money, they were cooperative and wanted to make a deal. After receiving the money, they became uncooperative by not answering the phone, responding to emails, or making any effort to serve me properly. The tegu was sent a week after it was supposed to get here. It came in good health, but it's a completely different species, a Colombian. Colombians are much cheaper (about three times cheaper) and a lot more available than Argentines, so I got ripped off. I paid for a baby Argentine, not a Colombian. After getting it, I attempted to contact the dealer and get a refund or at least a trade for something else, but they completely ignored all of my emails and calls. Still haven't heard back from them, and I very much doubt I will.

Right now they're selling various monitors and red tegus. Probably more stuff in other places on kingsnake.

That SUCKS dude! Maybe try contacting them using a different email address? Be less specific in why you're contacting them and see if you can get them to contact you? Or just threaten their asses
