He was quick to reply when we started. Replying almost instantaneously. Since I have this impression that he communicates well, I proceeded with the orders. Considering that I don't haggle with sellers since I wanna make sure that they're also happy transacting with me (also making sure that they will keep their part of the agreement). So, I immediately sent the payment and PMed him of the payment details. What does this guy do?
He started to ignore my messages. Delibrately delaying the shipment and worst of all... he didn't fullfill his part of the transaction which is to ship Express (3-5 days) it's been 12 days already and I still don't have the stuff.
I heard that he was kicked out of his house or something but come on! Regardless of ones personal reasons, a seller has an obligation to fullfill to his buyer am I right?
I PMed him and gave him an ultimatum but until now... no replies.
I was not the first one he victimized. I had a friend here wherein they had a trade. The agreement was to ship via private courier (to make sure of the pet's live arrival). Instead, he shipped via ordinary mail. Putting my friend at risk since his package caught the attention at the customs. Mind you that my friend kept his part of the bargain and paid almost $40 for shipping alone.
I don't normally go out of my way to do this but this guys drives me up the wall. I've had sellers sending me dead species but at least i can say that they didn't do that on purpose.

Lemme finish by saying... if you do transact with this guy... I wish you all the luck. I strongly don't recommend doing business with him. There are more trustworthy and reliable guys out there.
