Was asked to pay last amount of $86.50 for shipping cost of July 10 and following week it'll been sent off. Grand total $692.70 and i always get quick replys within the day or so. But when it got to a point where its along with the carrier BUT they're asking more$$ then blackouts and yes its boxed or srry mikes sick, either i shipp or meet half way to you i mean common. They have until August 22 or Full Refund.

rest assured dude, like i said in my emails and oh, you didn't call me...anyway, mikes not on the team anymore and with the new organization we're doing, Nat is now in handling logistics. it might say on paper it's all me but our team is ready for the next big step. with ZooMeds help and our many supporters, clients and customers like you, we'll make it bigger then billy idol ever did. don't slander too much though, you might like to see our next line of products specific for pedes. oh, and for your information...with 112 temps, many lost power for over a week, many died and it was a really bad week in the bay area...just to let you know. if it were up to me, i'd be able to do everything from cut and seal wood, to build rocks, to sell terrariums, to feed captives, to deliver goods, to run the seminars, to cut the plastics, to cut the glass, to make fake wood, get real wood, groom plants, culture the moss, maintain the clients terrariums, ship products and supplies, finish the website, help teach others, build at cost products to support other groups, finish the manuscripts, index outlines and everything else krieger publishing want, get to shows and consult with the many zoos we work with , breeders we get donations from, articles we review, babies we hatch, eggs we find, broken pipes i fix...ect... but i can't do it alone and don't. you should not post my name...i have five full time 1099'ers and four interns plus two commision only sales gals...don't point fingers. i'm just custerserivce, sales, general labor, R&D officers, breeder, designer, rock and plant guy but not shipping.

besides, i know your patients and am filled with gratutude for that, your habitat and enclosure will....cough cough..W I L L B L O W Y O U S O C K S O F F only because i appreciate your business and feel bad that you were let down.

I just recieved an order from Deven at Terra5Designs. Once again this guy has come through with an EXCELLENT enclosure! It was made exactly to the specifications requested, complete with hinged lid and lock (mandated by my partner, all my scorp enclosures MUST lock! LOL!)

To top it off Deven even enclosed a little surprise for me! He knew I was wanting a B. jacksoni, so he enclosed a good sized juvi for me!

UPS ended up leaving the package on my front porch, and Deven, always on top of things, called me at 4:00 this afternoon to let me know it was waiting on my doorstep. I guess he had gone to the trouble to check the tracking number and make sure the package was delivered. When he found out my scorp was sitting out in the Texas heat he called me to let me know so I would be sure to get it inside. Thank God it was only in the low 80s this afternoon (which, Deven pointed out, was absolutely PERFECT for my new Bjax).

I can deffinitely ALWAYS recommend purchasing your enclosures through Deven, they are handmade, they are one of a kind, and Deven's customer service is top notch!
